How can I pay?
A:
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express credit cards and cards. We also accept PayPal as well.
In order to reduce those afflicted by fraud, we have security measures in place for all payments processed with a credit card. If your billing address does not match your shipping address, the shipment of your package might be delayed or your order might be canceled and refunded. Such orders can be repurchased using a credit card with no mismatched information.

Is my credit card information safe?

A:

Yes. All credit card transactions are processed via a reliable third-party payment system.

Can I pay in installments?

A:

No, all payments must be paid in full.

When will I be charged for pre-order products?

A:

Pre-order products are charged immediately upon checkout.

 

Pre-Order

Q:
What is a pre-order product?
A:
Pre-order products are products that can be reserved prior their release by the manufacturer in order to guarantee they will be received once they release. A reservation is placed by completely paying for the pre-order product at the time of checkout. Pre-order products are not shipped until they are released by the manufacturer. Therefore, there will be more time between payment and shipment than for regular products. Please note that pre-order products have “[Pre-order]” in their description.

Can I cancel a pre-order product?
A:
You can cancel your pre-order, but within 90 days after the initial payment. Otherwise payment is finalized and can no longer be refund.
Q:
Will changes to my payment information affect my pre-order?
A:
Pre-orders are charged immediately after they are placed. Once completed, changes to payment information and credit cards will not affect your order.
Q:
When are shipments fulfilled for pre-order products?
A:
The shipment date for pre-order products varies per product due to varying release dates decided by the manufacturer of the product. Please refer to the “Release Date” information on each pre-order product page for an approximate release date. Once the pre-order product is released and shipped, you will automatically be emailed tracking information.
Q:
One of my pre-orders has already been officially released by the manufacturer. Why hasn't it shipped yet?
A:
If you live in the United States or Canada, we may only be able to receive your pre-order through the manufacturer's official North American distributor. Items that are received through such distributors generally become available some time after the Japanese release. We do our best to provide an accurate expected shipping date on the product page for all items we receive through North American distributors.

What if I have pre-ordered items with different release date?

A:

Then you will receive your order when all of them are in stock.

Is your products authentic or bootleg?

A:

They are authentic, NOT bootleg. We get them from official distributors. We are collectors ourselves and we shun bootleg products.

 

Shipping

Q:

What do you do to keep my orders protected when about to be ship out?

A:

We will wrap each individual products with bubble wraps, then find the box that would fit all of your order while having some room left to fill either peanuts, packing paper, or packing air bags, just enough not to damage your order of course. And they will be insured in case if your package got stolen, missing, or damaged on the way there.

Q:

My order or shipping box got damaged, what do I do?

 

A:

In case if your order did get damaged, send us your order number and pictures of your damaged order through our email (otakutoycollection@gmail.com). If your shipping box did get damaged, please bring it to your local shipping provider and have them look at it and open it in front of them, in case something did got damaged.

Q:

What if my order contains one of my pre-order that is going to be release this month, but another is going to be release the next month?

A:

Then your order will not be ship until ALL of your order comes in. So please keep that in mind when you pre-order.

         What are UTC Points?

A:

Think of them as reward points that you can use to redeem for coupons that be use for your next purchase or preorder.

Q:

How do I earn points?

A:

First you need to make an account and you already earn 200 points, then each purchase you make helps you earn points. Each $1 earns you 10 points. Another way is to send a referral to your friends and if your friend purchase an amount of $5+ you get 500 points, that $5 that you can use on your order. Also you can get more points by sharing our Facebook and Twitter.

How do I redeem use my UTC points?

A:

You can redeem them by going into your account. Then there should be a black tab saying "Earn Points" at the corner right bottom of your browser. You can use those points for on one of three of the coupons. The $5 coupon for 500 points, $10 coupon for 1000 points, and $25 coupon for 2500 points.

Can I transfer my points?

A:

Sorry, I am afraid not.
